Matthias Reichl e65a0060e7 adafruit-libraries: drop addon and depends ...

Those python packages have been deprecated ages ago since they were never
ported to Python 3. Time to say good bye and as no one reported they were
broken very likely no one used them so no need to add a dummy "broken" addon.
