This reverts commit 7f84ab88d6.

error with:

CMake Error at /build/build.LibreELEC-H3.arm-13.0-devel/toolchain/lib/cmake/libxml2-2.14.4/libxml2-export.cmake:61 (set_target_properties):
  The link interface of target "LibXml2::LibXml2" contains:

    Iconv::Iconv

  but the target was not found.  Possible reasons include:

    * There is a typo in the target name.
    * A find_package call is missing for an IMPORTED target.
    * An ALIAS target is missing.
