linux (RPi/RPi2/RPi4): disable CONFIG_RPIVID_MEM
...
CONFIG_RPIVID_MEM was only meant for RPi4 before HEVC V4L2
decoder was available, disable it as it won't work on RPi1/2
and we use CONFIG_VIDEO_RPIVID on RPi4.
