b550bcbe29 Revert "linux: remove CONFIG_DVB_NET. not used" 
This reverts commit d3a6e47a40.

- for some weird reason cx23885 fails to clean up on rmmod
  with CONFIG_DVB_NET disabled. so keep it in for now.
