linux (Generic): disable CONFIG_OBJTOOL_WERROR

The update to 6.15 sneaked in the non-default OBJTOOL_WERROR config
which breaks nvidia builds. Stick to linux defconfig to fix that.

linux (RPi4, RPi5): disable downstream DWCOTG driver

Sync with RPi kernel config, DWCOTG isn't supported on 64bit kernels.
Enable the upstream DWC2 driver on RPi4 instead (RPi5 already has it
enabled).
