 - /dev/loopXpX don't work on many distros. 'losetup -o' should be used

needs rework:
 - $4 (system part size?) should be optional
 - /dev/loopXpX don't work on many distros. 'losetup -o' should be used

467914e8fd create_virtualimage: extend script with: 
- check if target directory exists as script fails othervise
- fix possibility to secify disk size
- check for extlinux tool (needed on ubuntu)
- add option to specify size of system partition
