And add the missing "linux" to PKG_DEPENDS_UNPACK while at it, the tree
is required for building kernel modules.

dvbhdhomerun: drop unused, broken package
...
The dvbhdhomerun kernel driver has been broken for almost 4 years and
isn't used by LE builds since 7.90.001 - see
https://github.com/LibreELEC/LibreELEC.tv/pull/183
As no one complained about it let's drop the package.
