7273d94094 multimedia-tools: cleanup and use the "sysroot" build flag 
As with system-tools before.

Use PKG_DEPENDS_CONFIG where appropriate.

07f751b983 multimedia-tools: drop mesa-demos and mpv 
both these programs are only useful for testing outside of kodi
so they shouldn't be in the multimedia-tools package
