- cleanup /etc/profile.d/path.conf
- add /etc/profile.d/runlevel.conf for detecting runlevel (move from /sbin/init)
- cleanup /etc/profile.d/shell.conf
- start /sbin/init with login shell to have access to profile.d variables
- remove additional read of /etc/profile
