rk3326 boot: improve compatibility and usability
...
* custom extlinux.conf for rgb20s
* README.txt in system directories (extlinux, stock, overlays)
* less peripheral configuration (e.g. no USB 5V out to prevent vibration on rg351m)
* enable sfc and sd2 just in case
* install u-boot build with console on UART5 on EE clones for easier debug
