f4bbf5e9e4 kodi: include RPi deinterlace improvements in drmprime-filter patchdir 
All fixes and improvements used on RPi are now in the drmprime-filter
patch dir, with the exception of the YUV420 patch which is now the only
remaining RPi project specific deinterlace patch.

c6ac389301 RPi4: remove rpivid-v4l2 dtoverlay from distroconfig.txt 
This is enabled by default in latest kernel, the dtoverlay is no
longer needed.

42088f3b00 linux: disable deprecated CRYPTO_ARC4 
This crypto option was only used by WEP Wireless, which is no longer
supported in iwd. nor should it be used by wireless networks.
