5bb6f508f9 linux (all projects): build hid-nintendo module 
- Adds support for the Nintendo Switch Joy-Cons and Pro Controller. All controllers support bluetooth, and the Pro Controller also supports its USB mode.

f4bbf5e9e4 kodi: include RPi deinterlace improvements in drmprime-filter patchdir 
All fixes and improvements used on RPi are now in the drmprime-filter
patch dir, with the exception of the YUV420 patch which is now the only
remaining RPi project specific deinterlace patch.
