Linus Torvalds add2b6fdae Make Kprobes depend on modules ...

Commit 9ec4b1f356 made kprobes not compile
without module support, so just make that clear in the Kconfig file.

Also, since it's marked EXPERIMENTAL, make that dependency explicit too.
