Sean Young 8a4e8f8dfc media: rc: new driver for early iMon device ...

These devices were supported by the lirc_imon.c driver which was removed
from staging in commit f41003a23a ("[media] staging: lirc_imon: port
remaining usb ids to imon and remove").
