Ernesto A. Fernández caf6743650 apfs: backmerge tag 'v4.20' into for-merge ...

Backmerge the latest kernel release so that we can fully support the
64-bit timestamps for atime, ctime and mtime.  The inode creation time
will be handled in the next commit.
