This patch adds a helper function that allows to modify range,
i.e. minimum, maximum, step and default value of a v4l2 control,
after the control has been created and initialized. This is helpful
in situations when range of a control depends on user configurable
parameters, e.g. camera sensor absolute exposure time depending on
an output image resolution and frame rate.
v4l2_ctrl_modify_range() function allows to modify range of an
INTEGER, BOOL, MENU, INTEGER_MENU and BITMASK type controls.

Define video buffer flags for different timestamp types. Everything up to
now have used either realtime clock or monotonic clock, without a way to
tell which clock the timestamp was taken from.
Also document that the clock source of the timestamp in the timestamp field
depends on buffer flags.

I suspect that one file was simply missed at the patch. Yet, keeping
it broken is a very bad idea, so we should either remove the broken

Both V4L2 and V4L2 subdev interface have very similar selection APIs with
differences foremost related to in-memory and media bus formats. However,
the selection targets are the same for both. Most targets are and in the
future will likely continue to be more the same than with any differences.
Thus it makes sense to unify the documentation of the targets.

This patch adds definition of additional color effects:
- V4L2_COLORFX_AQUA,
- V4L2_COLORFX_ART_FREEZE,
- V4L2_COLORFX_SILHOUETTE,
- V4L2_COLORFX_SOLARIZATION,
- V4L2_COLORFX_ANTIQUE,
- V4L2_COLORFX_SET_CBCR.
The new V4L2_COLORFX_CBCR control is added to allow setting
the fixed Cb, Cr values that replace chroma Cb/Cr coefficients
in case of V4L2_COLORFX_SET_CBCR effect.
