Greg Ungerer 717ea4b347 net: add ColdFire support to the smc91x driver
Some embedded ColdFire based boards use the SMC 91x family of ethernet
devices. (For example the Freescale M5249C3 and MoretonBay NETtel).

Add IO access support to the SMC91x driver, and allow this driver to
be configured for ColdFire platforms.

David Howells 2f2a2132ff Separate out the proc- and unit-specific header directories from the general
MN10300 arch headers and place them instead in the same directories as contain
the .c files for the processor and unit implementations.

This permits the symlinks include/asm/proc and include/asm/unit to be
dispensed with. This does, however, require that #include <asm/proc/xxx.h> be
converted to #include <proc/xxx.h> and similarly for asm/unit -> unit.

Luotao Fu 48502180e4 smc91x: remove isa stuff from smc91x driver

Russell King dcea83adc6 [ARM] Hide ISA DMA API when ISA_DMA_API is unset
When ISA_DMA_API is unset, we're not implementing the ISA DMA API,
so there's no point in publishing the prototypes via asm/dma.h, nor
including the machine dependent parts of that API.

This allows us to remove a lot of mach/dma.h files which don't contain
any useful code. Unfortunately though, some platforms put their own
private non-ISA definitions into mach/dma.h, so we leave these behind
and fix the appropriate #include statments.

is constantly zero regardless of what you pass as platform data.
