As planed, this removes ide-scsi.
The 2.6 kernel supports direct writing to ide CD drives, which
eliminates the need for ide-scsi. ide-scsi has been unmaintained and
marked as deprecated.

Fixed trivial IPv4/6 address printing conflicts in fs/cifs/connect.c due
to the conversion to %pI (in this networking merge) and the addition of
doing IPv6 addresses (from the earlier merge of CIFS).

Add myself as overall maintainer of the security subsystem (generally,
components under the top-level security directory). This addresses
the lack of an official maintainer for the increasing number of

Michael and Andrea have moved-on, so we shouldn't be bothering them
about these drivers anymore.
Actually, Herton Ronaldo Krzesinski, Hin-Tak Leung, and Larry Finger
have been handling the rtl8187 stuff for a while. So, I would welcome a
patch from one of them changing this to just RTL8180 and adding an
RTL8187 entry with their names...
