Conflicts:
	arch/arm/mach-exynos/cpu.c

The changes to arch/arm/mach-exynos/cpu.c were moved to

Russell King 6338b66f8a ARM: restart: integrator: use new restart hook
Hook these platforms restart code into the new restart hook rather
than using arch_reset().

Linus Walleij ee35887e4a ARM: 7238/1: integrator: only hardcode AP PrimeCell IDs
We don't need to hardcode the peripheral IDs for the Integrator/CP,
the numbers found in the hardware are correct anyway.

Fix up conflicts in kernel/posix-cpu-timers.c manually: making

Linus Walleij bb76079a78 ARM: 7087/2: mach-integrator: get timer frequency from clock
We already have a clock definition for the 24MHz clock in
the Integrator, use that instead of some unclear defines
from the platform.h header. Also delete the senseless
comment that the file shouldn't be edited, I just edited it
and the world didn't come to an end, so it's obviously
false. If anyone still has the mentioned ".s file" and the
s2h awk script generating that header, raise your hand
(and give me your files).

Thomas Gleixner bd31b85960 locking, ARM: Annotate low level hw locks as raw
Annotate the low level hardware locks which must not be preempted.

In mainline this change documents the low level nature of
the lock - otherwise there's no functional difference. Lockdep
and Sparse checking will work as usual.

Russell King 0a0300dc8c ARM: Consolidate clks_register() and similar
Most machine classes want some way to register a block of clk_lookup
structures, and most do it by implementing a clks_register() type
function which walks an array, or by open-coding a loop.

Consolidate all this into clkdev_add_table().

Russell King d72fbdf01f [ARM] integrator: convert to clkdev and lookup clocks by device name
People often point to the Integrator/Versatile/Realview
implementations to justify using the consumer name as the sole
selector for clocks.

Eliminate this excuse by changing the Integrator implementation, so
it provides a better example of how it should be done.
