Fix up conflict in kernel/context_tracking.c due to comment additions.
The original suggestion to delete wanrouter started earlier
with the mainline commit f0d1b3c2bc
("net/wanrouter: Deprecate and schedule for removal") in May 2012.
More importantly, Dan Carpenter found[1] that the driver had a
fundamental breakage introduced back in 2008, with commit
7be6065b39 ("netdevice wanrouter: Convert directly reference of
netdev->priv"). So we know with certainty that the code hasn't been
used by anyone willing to at least take the effort to send an e-mail
report of breakage for at least 4 years.
This commit does a decouple of the wanrouter subsystem, by going
after the Makefile/Kconfig and similar files, so that these mainline
files that we are keeping do not have the big wanrouter file/driver
deletion commit tied into their history.
Once this commit is in place, we then can remove the obsolete cyclomx
drivers and similar that have a dependency on CONFIG_WAN_ROUTER_DRIVERS.

Some firmware releases of Gigaset M105 do not accept AT+VLS=0 command
in DLE mode, so always leave DLE mode before sending the command.

Fix up some of the readibility deterioration caused by last year's
ISDN whitespace coding style cleanup.
Note that the checkpatch complaints all apply to the state of the

If subtracting 12 from l leaves zero we'd do a zero size allocation,

CONFIG_HOTPLUG is going away as an option. As a result, the __dev*
markings need to be removed.
This change removes the use of __devinit, __devexit_p, __devinitdata,
and __devexit from these drivers.
Based on patches originally written by Bill Pemberton, but redone by me
in order to handle some of the coding style issues better, by hand.

Using timer_pending() without additional syncronization is racy,
del_timer_sync() must be used here for waiting in-flight handler.

This improves bitops usages in several points:
- Convert u64 to a proper bitmap declaration. This enables to remove
superfluous typecasting from 'u64' to 'unsigned long *'.
- Convert superfluous atomic bitops to non atomic bitops. The bitmap
is allocated on the stack and it is not accessed by any other threads,
so using atomic bitops is not necessary.
- Use find_next_zero_bit and find_next_zero_bit instead of calling
test_bit() for each bit.

After commit "TTY: move tty buffers to tty_port", the tty buffers are
not freed in some drivers. This is because tty_port_destructor is not
called whenever a tty_port is freed. This was an assumption I counted
with but was unfortunately untrue. So fix the drivers to fulfil this
assumption.
To be sure, the TTY buffers (and later some stuff) are gone along with
the tty_port, we have to call tty_port_destroy at tear-down places.
This is mostly where the structure containing a tty_port is freed.
This patch does exactly that -- put tty_port_destroy at those places.

It doesn't make much sense to enable ISDN services if you don't
intend to connect to a network. Therefore insisting that ISDN
depends on NETDEVICES seems logical. We can then remove any
guards mentioning NETDEVICES inside all subordinate drivers.
This also has the nice side-effect of fixing the warning below
when ISDN_I4L && !CONFIG_NETDEVICES at compile time.
