Enable svc access to cp6 via an undefined instruction hook. Do not enable
access for usr code.
This patch also makes iop13xx select PLAT_IOP, this requires a small change
to drivers/i2c/busses/i2c-iop3xx.c.
Per Lennert Buytenhek's note, the cp6 trap routine is moved to arch/arm/plat-iop
Per Nicolas Pitre's note, the cp_wait is skipped since the latency to
return to the faulting function is longer than cp_wait.

Implement a custom ioremap implementation for iop3xx. This saves
establishing new mappings. It also cleans up the PCI IO resource to be a
physical address rather than a virtual address as Russell pointed out on
the original iop13xx port.

iop33x gpio offset is correct in include/asm-arm/arch-iop33x/iop33x.h, but
include/asm-arm/hardware/iop3xx.h adds 4.

The Locomo chip has a SPI interface which is used for SD/MMC cards (only collie).

Convert LOMOMO to use struct device * for GPIOs instead of struct
locomo_dev. This enables access to the GPIOs from code which is not
a locomo device itself (such as audio). Access for gpio 31 is removed
for error handling (no such hardware exists).

Add macros to enable and disable access to CP6. On the iop3xx, enabling
CP6 access unfortunately also enables access to that coprocessor from
unprivileged code, so we need these macros to enable and disable access
to the coprocessor whenever we need to access it.

This patch adds timeouts while working with SSP registers. Such
timeouts were envisioned by docstrings in ssp.c, but were not
implemented. There were actual lockups while accessing
touchscreen for iPaqs h1910, h4000 due to lack of the timeouts.

Several ARM machine implementations used a PL01x primecell compatible
serial port for debugging purposes, and indepdently implemented the low
level debug macros every time. Provide a common implementation and
convert these implementations to use this version.
