This patch replaces dev->mc_count in all drivers (hopefully I didn't miss
anything). Used spatch and did small tweaks and conding style changes when
it was suitable.

This patch is the result of an automatic spatch transformation to convert
all ndo_start_xmit() return values of 0 to NETDEV_TX_OK.
Some occurences are missed by the automatic conversion, those will be
handled in a seperate patch.

I am trying out suspend, resume on an OMAP3 based board. What I see
during resume is that the SMC911x driver resume routing gets stuck
after trying to transmit the packet out of the controller. Some debug

The generic packet receive code takes care of setting
netdev->last_rx when necessary, for the sake of the
bonding ARP monitor.
Drivers need not do it any more.
Some cases had to be skipped over because the drivers
were making use of the ->last_rx value themselves.

This patch extends the critical regions covered by lp->lock to make it
safer on SMP. The main failure point was the smc911x_hard_start_xmit
function being called from different CPUs. It was tested on the ARM SMP
platforms.

Platforms like ARM Ltd's RealView require the IRQ polarity bit to be set
for the SMC9118 chip. This patch allows the dynamic configuration via
the smc911x_platdata structure.
This patch also changes the smc91x_platdata structure name to the
correct smc911x_platdata in the smc911x_drv_probe() function.

LAN92{5,7,8} chips from SMSC are register compatible with LAN911{5,6,7,8}
controllers, and only add support for HP Auto-MDIX. LAN9218 doesn't have
an external MII interface.

If an external PHY is found the driver falls through to the default
case in the switch and overwrites the PHY ID. Add the missing break.
