Chengguang Xu 0f2373e045 generic: add syncfs test

Inspired by syncfs bug of overlayfs which does not sync dirtyinodes
in underlying filesystem.

Run syncfs and shutdown filesystem(or underlying filesystem of
overlayfs) to check syncfs result.
