Darrick J. Wong 4acd3ddd8e xfs: test rtalloc alignment and math errors 
Add a couple of regression tests for "xfs: make sure the rt allocator
doesn't run off the end" and "xfs: ensure that fpunch, fcollapse, and
finsert operations are aligned to rt extent size".

Darrick J. Wong 6497ede7ad fstests: remove DMAPI tests 
Upstream XFS has never supported DMAPI, so remove the tests for this
feature.

Eric Biggers 48a473b5da tests: clean up per-OS output files 
Some tests had separate output files for IRIX and Linux.  Now that the
IRIX ones have been removed, rename the Linux ones and remove the
now-unneeded .cfg files and calls to _link_out_file.
