Rostislav Skudnov dc9f8c9ac0 generic/{274,315}: Require falloc -k support
These test cases require filesystem support for FALLOC_FL_KEEP_SIZE
flag in fallocate().

Eric Sandeen ca28228cd6 generic: use xfs_io falloc, not fallocate
generic/315 fails messily if the fallocate command isn't present.

generic/299 also uses "fallocate" and "truncate" binaries which may
not be present.

Switch both to use xfs_io, and we already have the _require for
that, because it's what every other test uses...

Lukas Czerner 83ef157def common: Check fs consistency on TEST_DEV only when needed
Currently we're checking file system consistency on TEST_DEV after every
successful test run even though the TEST_DEV might not even be used in
that test.

Fix it by introducing _require_test to for the test ti indicate that
it's about to use TEST_DEV.

Also add _require_test to the new script so that this requirement is a
default.

Lukas Czerner ab1d756fe1 common: Check the file system consistency on SCRATCH_DEV
There are about 198 tests which requires scratch_dev, but does not check
the file system consistency afterwards. Xfstests infrastructure does not
do it automatically, so fix it by running _check_scratch_fs() after
each test that _require_scratch.

Also remove all the _check_scratch_fs() calls that are not actually needed
and will be covered by the check script.

Josef Bacik 54d6adf7c9 xfstests: generic/315: allow a little tolerance for our used check
So df in btrfs is tricky at best, and relying on it for accurate information is
not great, but it's the best way to verify this test. To get around btrfs being
inconsistent sometimes just use _within_tolerance to check our new df value to
make sure that our truncate did something. With this patch I no longer see
transient failures of this test. Thanks,

Jie Liu 6fe0ad6faf xfstests: generic/315, verify preallocated disk space is released per truncate
Introduce generic test 315 to verify if the disk space is
released after truncating a preallocated file back to the
old smaller size. Before Linux-3.10, Btrfs/OCFS2 test
failed in this case.

The test file is fallocated with FALLOC_FL_KEEP_SIZE option.
