Previously _scratch_mount didn't check the mount status and most
tests continue to run even if the mount failed (unless test checks
for the mount status explicitly). This would result in running tests
on the underlying filesystem (usually rootfs) and implicit test
failures, and such failures can be annoying and are usually hard to
debug.
Now _fail test by default if _scratch_mount failed and introduce
_try_scratch_mount for tests that need to check mount results
themselves.

Many tests claimed (via _supported_os) to work on both Linux and IRIX.
Since IRIX is no longer supported by xfstests, update these to claim
Linux support only. Then remove any obvious IRIX-specific logic in the
tests, and any IRIX-specific golden output files.

Some tests require the scratch volume to be a block device,
although they don't do anything block device specific like
the device mapper tests. They actually only require a local
device and fail with network or overlay pseudo mount devices.
The same tests also try to mount the scratch device manually
after running _scratch_mkfs. For UBIFS, _scratch_mkfs simply
truncates the UBI volume and relies on the kernel to re-format
the volume on the next mount. This fails if the fs type is not
specified explicitly when mounting.
This patch replaces the block device requirement with a
generic check for a local device and adds a filesystem
specification to all manual mounts of the scratch device
to a mount point.

Replace every explicit mount/umount of scratch or test devices with
helper functions. This allows the next patch to add in hooks to these
functions in order to set up & tear down overlayfs on every mount/umount
(also adds _test_unmount(), which didn't exist prior)

Add _require_block_device() helper and use it in _require_dm_flakey()
and generic/076.
_require_dm_flakey() assumes $SCRATCH_DEV is a block device, now it can
also be a NFS export.
generic/076 does "cat $SCRATCH_DEV" which will fail when testing on NFS.

There are about 198 tests which requires scratch_dev, but does not check
the file system consistency afterwards. Xfstests infrastructure does not
do it automatically, so fix it by running _check_scratch_fs() after
each test that _require_scratch.
Also remove all the _check_scratch_fs() calls that are not actually needed
and will be covered by the check script.

Introduce a top level common directory and move all the common.*
files into it. Because there is now a directory named common, the
prefix can be dropped from all the files. Convert all the tests to
use this new directory for including common files.

Essentially the change is simply this. Converting:
... >> $seq.????
to:
.... >> $RESULT_DIR/$seq.????
so that output files are directed to the defined output directory.
sed to the rescue:
$ sed -i -e '/^seq=.*$/a seqres=$RESULT_DIR/$seq' -e 's/seq.full/seqres.full/' tests/*/*
will do most of the work automatically.
