Fully scripted conversion, see script in initial SPDX license commit message. tests/xfs/044 was hand massaged to remove duplicate copyright and divider lines before running the script. Darrick J. Wong	ca9c677346	xfs: seek data and holes that are in the CoW fork only ... Create a file with a hole in the data fork and CoW reservations in the same region in the CoW fork.
