Create a new helper function to discover the minimum log size that will
work with the mkfs options provided, then remove all the hardcoded block
sizes from various xfs tests. This will be necessary when we turn on
reflink or rmap by default and the minimum log size increases.

Previously _scratch_mount didn't check the mount status and most
tests continue to run even if the mount failed (unless test checks
for the mount status explicitly). This would result in running tests
on the underlying filesystem (usually rootfs) and implicit test
failures, and such failures can be annoying and are usually hard to
debug.
Now _fail test by default if _scratch_mount failed and introduce
_try_scratch_mount for tests that need to check mount results
themselves.

Many tests claimed (via _supported_os) to work on both Linux and IRIX.
Since IRIX is no longer supported by xfstests, update these to claim
Linux support only. Then remove any obvious IRIX-specific logic in the
tests, and any IRIX-specific golden output files.

xfs/297 formats the scratch device with test specific mkfs options
that limit the use of certain mount options (i.e., if logbsize !=
256k). If an incompatible mount option is set, the mount fails but
the test proceeds to run against the root filesystem.
Update xfs/297 to fail if the mount of the scratch device fails for
whatever reason.

xfs/104, xfs/119, xfs/291 and xfs/297 have small fixed log sizes. A
recent change to the kernel ramdisk changed it's physical sector
size from 512B to 4kB, and this results in mkfs calculating a log
size larger than the fixed test size and hence the tests fail.
Change the log size to a larger size that works with 4k sectors, and
also increase the size of the filesystem being created so that the
amount of data space in the filesystem does not change and hence
does not perturb the rest of the test.

There are about 198 tests which requires scratch_dev, but does not check
the file system consistency afterwards. Xfstests infrastructure does not
do it automatically, so fix it by running _check_scratch_fs() after
each test that _require_scratch.
Also remove all the _check_scratch_fs() calls that are not actually needed
and will be covered by the check script.

Introduce a top level common directory and move all the common.*
files into it. Because there is now a directory named common, the
prefix can be dropped from all the files. Convert all the tests to
use this new directory for including common files.

Essentially the change is simply this. Converting:
... >> $seq.????
to:
.... >> $RESULT_DIR/$seq.????
so that output files are directed to the defined output directory.
sed to the rescue:
$ sed -i -e '/^seq=.*$/a seqres=$RESULT_DIR/$seq' -e 's/seq.full/seqres.full/' tests/*/*
will do most of the work automatically.
