Eric Sandeen 84f48144dd defrag: loosen input file requirements
We don't have perfect control of file allocation for these tests;
in some cases we may fail to adequately fragment a file prior to
defragmentation testing, and today that will fail the test.

Attack this on 2 fronts:

1) Explicitly allow fewer extents on one of the input files in
   generic/018 where the allocator has discretion.
2) _notrun rather than _fail if we don't create enough extents;
   this is a defrag test, not an allocator/fragmentation test,
   so just skip the test if we can't create an acceptable file
   for defrag testing.

Dave Chinner 81d9c7039a generic/018: use xfs_io and larger buffers for writes
The test currently uses 'dd' directly for writing to files; instead
we should be using the xfs_io pwrite command.

Also, when we have a configuration that does not do delayed
allocation (e.g. dax), there is no guarantee that the files will be
allocated in the pattern expected, so do all the writes from a
single buffer so the kernel can allocate extents in the manner the
test expects as much as possible.

Dmitry Monakhov 2f87a77e0f defrag: add options to _defrag helper
Sometimes it is not easy to know number of expected extents in advance.
In that case it is reasonable to provide sane MIN and MAX values.
Also helper will check that number of extents before defragmentaion
is not greather than after.

Lukas Czerner 21723cdbf3 generic: Make some shared tests generic
There are couple of tests in shared directory which really should be
made generic, so move it. It is mostly collapse range tests, which
really can be generic to make super we test every file system which adds
collapse range support.

Here is what we're moving in this commit.

shared/001 -> generic/021
shared/002 -> generic/022
shared/003 -> generic/012
shared/004 -> generic/016
shared/005 -> generic/017
shared/218 -> generic/018
shared/305 -> generic/019
