Stop using ls for comparison with dump/restore for 065 and instead

use find with src/lstat64. Should convert other tests in the future.

ls -l reports different file size depending on platform and user. Replaced with ls -s and stat.

xfstests updates - rework build to be like other xfs packages, revive some old fs test tools and reenable xfs extensions, move ltp code into a separate subdir to help keeping in sync with real ltp project (hopefully)

Don't run with quotas enabled.

there is more stuff to do and it's all too much hassle.
