Refactor every test in the entire test suite to use the new boilerplate
functions. This also migrates all the test group information into the
test files. This patch has been autogenerated via the command:

Older kernels don't have /sys/fs/btrfs. btrfs/010 will happily run
until it goes to check its work against sysfs and finds those files
don't exist. This patch introduces a require check to ensure that
the sysfs files are present before running.

Found it when test btrfs delalloc accounting overflow, Fix offset
error. We will fill in the gaps between the created extents, then
outstanding extents will all be merged into 1.

This is a regression test for patch "Btrfs: fix delalloc accounting
leak caused by u32 overflow". It creates a bunch of delalloc extents
and merges them together to make sure the accounting is done right.
