Currently many tests and other functions uses it's own way to get block
size of the file system. Introduce get_block_size(), a generic way to
get block size of mounted file system and use that instead.

Currently we're checking file system consistency on TEST_DEV after every
successful test run even though the TEST_DEV might not even be used in
that test.
Fix it by introducing _require_test to for the test ti indicate that
it's about to use TEST_DEV.
Also add _require_test to the new script so that this requirement is a
default.

If we execute generic/240 on a fs which has its fs block size greater
than 64k (for example, NFS), this test will fail with:
io_submit failed: Invalid argument
This will happen because in src/aio-dio-regress/aiodio_sparse2.c this
expression
num_aio = filesize / step;
will set num_aio to 0 and this means that no io_prep_write() will happen
before calling io_submit().
Fixing filesize to be 8 * "fs block size".

Various tests opencode checks to find out the minimum support direct I/O
size. Replace those with a generic helper that handles network filesystems as
well. Also remove the Linux 2.4 workaround we had in once place.

Introduce a top level common directory and move all the common.*
files into it. Because there is now a directory named common, the
prefix can be dropped from all the files. Convert all the tests to
use this new directory for including common files.

Essentially the change is simply this. Converting:
... >> $seq.????
to:
.... >> $RESULT_DIR/$seq.????
so that output files are directed to the defined output directory.
sed to the rescue:
$ sed -i -e '/^seq=.*$/a seqres=$RESULT_DIR/$seq' -e 's/seq.full/seqres.full/' tests/*/*
will do most of the work automatically.
