Linux 4.9 (since commit 073931017b49: "posix_acl: Clear SGID bit
when setting file permissions") now may clear the SGID bit when
setting a POSIX ACL, to match chmod() behavior. This was making
generic/314 fail. Since SGID bit clearing on setfacl is already
tested by generic/375, just remove the problematic portion of
generic/314.

Currently we're checking file system consistency on TEST_DEV after every
successful test run even though the TEST_DEV might not even be used in
that test.
Fix it by introducing _require_test to for the test ti indicate that
it's about to use TEST_DEV.
Also add _require_test to the new script so that this requirement is a
default.

Generic/314 can fail when the group write file mode bit for "subdir" does not
match that found in the golden output, as has been seen in ext4 regression
testing. It appears that the golden output for generic/314 was taken on a
system where the $qa_user's umask cleared that mode bit - most likely, where
the umask was 022. Depending upon the distro, it's not uncommon for a user's
default umask to have a different value, such as 002. When that's the case,
we get a false negative failure when the group write mode bit for "subdir" is
not cleared. This failure is unrelated to the value of the SGID mode bit
that is the object of this test.
We could either require that $qa_user's account be configured in advance with
a umask of 022, or explicitly set a umask value compatible with the golden
output when creating "subdir". The latter option is more robust.

ls -l will show the nblocks for the directory, and this made it into the golden
output for 314. The problem is nblocks is 0 for btrfs directories because we're
awesome, which makes us fail this test. So filter out the "total blah" line of
ls -l so btrfs can pass this test too. Thanks,

Tests if subdirectories created on the filesystem will properly inherit sgid bit
when this is set on the parent directory, once the process has the properly
permissions to create a subdirectory, this, should inherit parent's sgid bit if
this is set and irix_sgid_inherit sysctl is disabled.
