fstests only supports Linux, so get rid of this unnecessary predicate.

With upstream commit 332391a9935d ("fs: Fix page cache inconsistency
when mixing buffered and AIO DIO"), ext4 (and probably other
non-iomap based filesystems) need a _check_dmesg() whitelist entry
for a new WARN in dio_complete() -- generic/095 and 247 trigger a
dio_complete() splat pretty reliably for me.
Add dio_complete() entry to _filter_xfs_dmesg(), rename it and use
it unconditionally in generic/095, 224, 247 and 446.

In commit d55123c080 ("generic/247: filter out expected XFS warnings
for mixed mmap/direct I/O"), _scratch_unmount was removed from
generic/095 and added to generic/247. But actually generic/095 *should*
be unmounting SCRATCH_DEV; and generic/247 should be unmounting
TEST_DEV, not SCRATCH_DEV, since it doesn't use a scratch device (it was
failing if SCRATCH_DEV was not defined). Fix it.

generic/247 reproduces some of the same, expected warnings from XFS
as generic/095. These warnings occur due to mixed buffered/mapped
I/O racing with direct I/O to the same file.
generic/095 contains a custom dmesg filter to prevent test failure
in the event of such warnings. Lift the helper from generic/095 to
common/xfs and reuse it in generic/247 to implement the same
behavior.

I'm getting enospc errors on a 4GB test device after a while of
running. Part of the issue is that many tests can't or don't clean
up previous failed runs when they start or if the run to success.
Hence while we want to slowly age the test filesystem, we don't
really want that aging to unintentionally run the filesystem out of
space. To that end:

We can see that there are a few tests that using most of the space.
These are often left behind due to kernel failures during tests or
reboots while tests are in progress, so make sure that they at least
clean up such mess the next time they run.
Test generic/247, xfs/020 (fsfile) and generic/074 (fstest.$$.n)
are the worst offenders, so just target these to being with.

Currently we're checking file system consistency on TEST_DEV after every
successful test run even though the TEST_DEV might not even be used in
that test.
Fix it by introducing _require_test to for the test ti indicate that
it's about to use TEST_DEV.
Also add _require_test to the new script so that this requirement is a
default.

The -F flag to xfs_io originally enabled it to operate on non-xfs
filesystems. This restriction was removed upstream in favor of
gracefully failing on the handful of operations that actually
required xfs, and the option was deprecated.
However, xfstests is still used on distros with older xfsprogs, and
so "xfs_io -F" was necessary throughout xfstests.
Simplify this by appending -F to XFS_IO_PROG when it's needed -
i.e. if we're using old xfsprogs on a non-xfs filesystem.
This will eliminate errors when new tests leave out the -F, and
if and when -F is finally removed, there will be one central
location in xfstests to update.

Introduce a top level common directory and move all the common.*
files into it. Because there is now a directory named common, the
prefix can be dropped from all the files. Convert all the tests to
use this new directory for including common files.

Essentially the change is simply this. Converting:
... >> $seq.????
to:
.... >> $RESULT_DIR/$seq.????
so that output files are directed to the defined output directory.
sed to the rescue:
$ sed -i -e '/^seq=.*$/a seqres=$RESULT_DIR/$seq' -e 's/seq.full/seqres.full/' tests/*/*
will do most of the work automatically.
