Ilya Dryomov 85c9af689b fstests: don't _require_metadata_journaling before _scratch_mkfs
This is obviously wrong and makes ./check -r skip over tests on ext4
with "ext4 on $DEV not configured with metadata journaling".

Theodore Ts'o 56ff01f471 xfstests: remove _need_to_be_root
The check script requires that it be run as root, so adding
individualized checks for this in each teat is not needed.

Filipe Manana 1a22b6820e common: add helper function _flakey_drop_and_remount
To avoid having many tests repeating the following pattern:

        _load_flakey_table $FLAKEY_DROP_WRITES
        _unmount_flakey

        _load_flakey_table $FLAKEY_ALLOW_WRITES
        _mount_flakey

add the helper function _flakey_drop_and_remount to remove
the existing duplicated code and serve as a shortcut.

Eric Sandeen 50266c22dc generic: _require_dm_target() helper
generic/085 was failing on a machine w/o devicemapper kernel
support because it requires the linear target, but didn't
explicitly test for it.

I could have cut & pasted _require_dm_linear(), but chose
to go the route of a generic helper, _require_dm_target $FOO,
because some day someone will need the zero target, the error
target, or who knows.

Add the helper, use it in test generic/085, and convert
_require_dm_flakey, _require_dm_snapshot, and
_dmerror_required with this new helper.

Eryu Guan bd8febe57e generic: add _require_metadata_journaling to more tests
generic tests 039, 059 and 325 need _require_metadata_journaling too,
they use dm_flakey to trigger log replay. I've seen 039 and 059 failed
post-test fsck on ext2, 325 could possibly fail too.

Chandan Rajendra 131058920a generic/325: Fix test case to work on 64K page size.
The test case passes 32K as the offset value to msync. This fails on machines
with 64K page size. Fix this by creating a larger file and passing offset
values which are multiples of 64K.

Filipe Manana aaab9f3eb2 xfstests: generic: add test for double msync, motivated by a btrfs bug
This test is motivated by a btrfs issue where a ranged fsync would
prevent a subsequent fsync from persisting any extents that were
dirty at the time of the first fsync but that were outside the range
of that first fsync (which should have been persisted by the second
fsync).

This bug in btrfs is fixed by the following linux kernel patch:

Btrfs: fix fsync data loss after a ranged fsync
