Eric Sandeen e17b2a1acb don't run 122 if required headers aren't found
Now that libxfs etc is optional, 122 (which compiles on the fly)
is failing if those extra headers are missing.

Christoph Hellwig f381f98206 xfstests: move GPL boilerplates to fix lsqa.pl
It turns out lsqa.pl nees the test number and description first in the
file, so move the GPL boilerplates below it.

Also remove acouple of cases where we have one full copyright line + gpl
boilerplate before the description and another copyright line after
the description.

Eric Sandeen 7c75dff3dd Revert "patch more_set_prog_path"
This reverts commit b2fcff900d.

This snuck in unintentionally due to my weak git-fu,
and was breaking things.

Brad Scarlett f818b1956b Tims patch to fix test 122: the __arch_pack stuff is confusing it - as was the case in the past
with the "attribute packed" stuff for the efi/efd items etc..
It is confusing the parsing which works out the type names.

David Disseldorp dfd5bd939e XFSQA 122 on machines with xfs_lazy_sb.patch have failed due to the addition of __be32 agf_btreeblks to xfs_agf_t.
This change causes 122 detect whether the patch is installed by greping for lazy count in mkfs output, the xfs_agf_t size is then filtered based on the patch status.
The original intention was to check /lib/modules/$(uname -r)/source/fs/xfs/xfs_ag.h for btreeblks and filter on this, however the kernel source is not a prereq for XFSQA.
