Hou Tao 20cb5f1199 common/rc: factor out _scratch_xfs_[get|set]_sb_field
It's common to get and set the values of fields in XFS super block,
so factor them out as scratch_xfs_[get|set]_sb_field, reimplement
them based on _scratch_xfs_[get|set]_metadata_field, and update the
related test cases accordingly.

Also move _scratch_xfs_[get|set]_metadata_field from common/fuzzy to
common/xfs.

Darrick J. Wong 01140c76e4 common/fuzzy: if the fuzz verb is random, keep fuzzing until we get a new value
If the fuzz verb is 'random', keep generating new random values
until we get one that is distinct from the previous value.

Darrick J. Wong c0c26cecab common/fuzzy: ignore padding fields on xfs
Padding fields are never checked and can have arbitrary values (if we
ever put them to use there'll be a feature flag) so there's no point
in fuzz-testing them.

Darrick J. Wong 4b69106b60 common/fuzzy: online re-scrub should not preen
When we're doing the second online scrub (to figure out if the
repair did any good) we shouldn't let that second scrub preen the
filesystem in any way. If scrub finds things it can't/won't preen
that turns into a nonzero return code which gets reported
(incorrectly) as a failure.

Darrick J. Wong 56a2da0467 common/fuzzy: fix fuzz verb scanning
As part of upstreaming, the xfs_db fuzz command change the help output
which breaks the fuzzers' ability to detect fuzz verbs. Fix that.

Xiao Yang 7e4f7a370c common/fuzzy: discard xfs_io stdout in _scratch_fuzz_modify
xfs/083 fails because _scratch_fuzz_modify redirects xfs_io stdout
to $ROUND2_LOG. _scratch_fuzz_modify function has been modified by
commit 7a7463d362 ("populate: fix some silly errors when
modifying a fs while fuzzing").

Darrick J. Wong 802f780868 populate: discover XFS structure fields and fuzz verbs, and use them to fuzz fields
Create some routines to help us perform targeted fuzzing of individual
fields in various XFS structures. Specifically, we want the caller to
drop the xfs_db iocursor on the victim field; from there, the scripts
should discover all available fields and fuzzing verbs, and try each
fuzz verb on every available field.
