Emmanuel Briot 11eab61aba Do not even try to build the docs. Cleans up the output.
(modules): Need to unset the logical names by hand, workaround for bug in
 GNAT 3.15a1
(clean): use rm instead of ${RM} since the latter expects VMS syntax
