52e9990b74 Create simpleType only when creating the NFA. 
This avoids the need for forward declaration.
Add support for loading multiple namespaces (through
 xsi:noNamespaceSchemaLocation for instance) into the same grammar.

4b13f16fbc Ensure that these directories always exist, since that might generate 
errors in "clean" target otherwise. Discussed in HA06-009
