fc1d6c06f8 Update AdaCore's support services email address 
The email address we use for AdaCore's support services has changed,
so this commit updates all references to the old email address and
replaces them with the current email address.

de01855c92 Add support for RTS= Makefile variable 
This variable can be used to build XmlAda with a given RTS,
and it also adjust the installation directory where XmlAda
gets installed afterwards.

For Q802-040.
