7320a4f297 Fix build/install with latest version of Win32Ada. 
Now that Win32Ada is installed with gprinstall we need to set the

8a1e8ce9aa Rework the installation using gprinstall. 
This simplifies the makefile circuitry and will make the maintenance
of this part of the code easier.

a75dd3eadb PROCESSORS variable is set to 0 by default. 
When set to zero the compilation will use a parallelism corresponding
to the number of cores.
