c32ad791aa Take list item indent into account 
If a list item has an indent, then take it into account when
consuming indenting spaces in subsequent lines.

Add new testing executable. New procedure

    Markdown.Parsers.GNATdoc_Enable

configures the parser to accept GNATdoc code blocks.

4dda4ed2c6 Use Match with From argument 
instead of explicit copying of input substring. Replace Starts_With
with regexps. Create `Forward` to reuse.
