Pierre-Marie de Rodat 81803ce9b6 AdaNode.resolve_own_names: harmonize memoization of handled exceptions 
Catch all errors that properties are allowed to raise (Property_Error,
but also Precondition_Failure , even though the latter is not used in
LAL yet). Also memoize the exception message, just like the standard
memoization mechanism in Langkit.
