50a80ca4f5 gpr2next: fix issue when reloading the tree 
The build database is then re-created leading to an assertion while
it should be updated instead.

Found while looking at executable-dir test regression.

Fixes executable-dir, library-definitions, mains and object-directory tests.

173f8dd1f0 Mark tests failing with libgpr2-next as XFAIL. 
This will allow us to have useable testsuite results while we're updating
the tests.

a1cb48b471 Do not output directory separator for a dir name. 
For a directory object the Value (returning full path-name) routine
removes the trailing directory separator.

Update some expected output.

Fixes O325-017-out-of-tree-2.
Part of S502-021.

cd338517ea Add new routine Executable_Directory. 
This corresponds to the directory where the executable are created.
It is either defined by Exec_Dir or Object_Dir attributes and default
to the project root directory.

Add corresponding regression test.
