Emmanuel Briot 7c2a6b6bce Add menus so that users can simply copy this file to their plugins directory

and start using it even if they don't know how to find the shortcut from the
 XML file

This directory contains a number of python scripts, that show how
GPS can be extended through this scripting language.

To use any of these scripts, copy the file to your $HOME/.gps/plug-ins
directory.
