Adrien Boulanger 4abdb169cc S904-001 Allow backward compatibility with gps_utils ...

In the python naming space, create a gps_utils module
which is the copy of gs_utils. This will prevent
breaking client plugins.

Update 2 tests. These tests were pushed during the renaming
Add a test.
