Nicolas Setton 06a4fd6399 Transition gnatcoll out of the GPS build dir ...

No longer invoke recursively the GNATcoll configure,
no longer expect GNATcoll to be under gnatlib,
and expect GNATcoll projects to be found on the
standard project search paths.
