Nicolas Setton 7e7831a467 adareducer: do not interpret backslashes in args ...

When using a directory such as "C:\User", we didn't properly
escape this and Python tried to decode the \U into an unicode
characters.
Use raw strings to avoid this problem.

Augment the adareducer test to check this.
