This unit was only used by GB, via the GPS library,
which is now frozen (separate branch).

06a49983c2 T102-010 Get toolchain from the first set tool 
Setting gnatls and exotic-gdb as tools will mean that we use
native toolchain with exotic-gdb for debugging but not an
"exotic" toolchain.

6b92a9ec55 R921-008: Use the correct builder 
If the gprconfig returns *gnatls* as the builder then tries to
locate the corresponding *gnatmake*.
If we can't find *gnatmake*, then uses gprbuild and the target
switch.

64792a9d6e Q421-029: Avoid setting IDE attributes for default values 
When trying to edit the project for the 'Toolchains' Project Properties
page, don't set the IDE'<tool> attributes if they still have their
default value, even when the value is not found in the PATH.

In another hand, be sure to always notify the user that they are not
located in the PATH, displaying their corresponding rows in red.
