This option needs the remote mode to be enabled in order to work.
Warn the user that the remote mode is now obsolete.

Remove extra Scrolled_Window: Gtkada.Multilines_Entry is already
adding one.
Set Minimal_Height to at least read 2 lines fully.
Tweak CSS to make multiline-entries more visible.
For input_dialog properly expand the multiline-entries (they
were reduced to only one line when added in Dialog_View)

rsync will have side-effect with the following case:
rsync foo/ bar
To synchronize 2 directories the '/' (or '\') at the end is
mandatory. In this case, show a warning icon with a tooltip
near the possibly false path.

There is an issue with non-native dialogs on Windows:
They freeze GS. So for a quick fix, use the native dialogs pref.
